A great show

I started my home building company with no business experience or training, and in a few short years it really took off and got to be too much for me to handle. This podcast has been one of a few lifelines to help me accept and move towards the idea of working on my business itself, and the idea that I can push for something better than 12-14 hour days for myself and my family. Highly recommend for folks who are struggling in the day to day operations, and people who need the affirmation that’s it’s OK to step back from the day to day to focus on the big picture.
