Tim Minton is the Executive Vice President and part of the lobbying team for the North Carolina Home Builders Association. NCHBA is the largest state HBA in the country with over 14,000 members. Previously, Minton served as the Executive Vice President of the HBA of Raleigh-Wake County where he received numerous awards including National Executive Officer of the Year, the North Carolina Executive Officer of the Year and the National Rookie Executive Officer of the Year. He also served as the National Home Builder Executive Officer President in 2013. Tim was a founding member and past president of Operation Coming Home, a nonprofit that builds custom homes for injured combat veterans. Minton serves on the board for NC Free Enterprise and the Job-Site Safety Institute. He and his wife, Susan, have three daughters and are active members of Hocutt Baptist Church.
