Tanner Konrady is a 4th generation builder, specializing in custom homes and renovations in Wilmington, North Carolina. He has been working with his father since childhood and dedicated himself to learning and absorbing every aspect of the construction industry. With a degree in business management and leadership from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and with the guidance of his father, Tanner has elevated the growth of the business and maintains involvement in every phase of the home building process by being on site daily to ensure the Konrady and Son Construction quality and standards are upheld.

When not building dream homes for his clients, Tanner enjoys staying active, being outside, and boat days with his wife Megan and young kids, Tate and Lane.
