Susan and Paul Kadilak own the design + build firm, Kadilak Homes, based in the Boston area. The husband-and-wife team specialize in residential remodeling, additions, and new-construction homes. From the build process all the way to installation and furnishing, they cover the entirety of their clients’ new and renovated home’s needs. They have built their empire to where it is today through the social age, by capitalizing on their unique and energetic content. Susan grew up on job sites watching her father and grandfather build and renovate homes. This environment spurred a passion for transforming spaces at a young age. When she was 23 she obtained her builder's license and built her first home at the age of 24. Susan became a licensed real estate agent in 2002 and today, owns her own brokerage. When Susan met Paul 15 years ago, he was working in sales and soon after, landed his dream job as local firefighter. Paul fell in love with Susan’s passion for homes and decided to get his builder's license as well. Since then, Susan and Paul have successfully transformed hundreds of homes together and continually innovate with new designs. The Kadilaks have an impressive social media presence and just launched a nationwide app for their new Emmy nominated home renovation show, “Renovation Rekindle.” The show focuses on helping clients “rekindle” the love for their home by bringing their dream to reality. They are passionate about creating spaces that are practical, beautiful, and inspiring all while having fun! If you don’t think they have enough going on, their 4 children keep them just as busy!
