Stefan and his partner Byron founded Builders & Brews off a single idea: Get amazing people together to share their best ideas and best practices. They believe there is enough business for everyone, and the old way of hiding competitive advantages is detrimental to long-term success.

Aside from B&B, Stefan also makes custom furniture, coaches youth hockey, and travels for extended periods of time––most recently back from Stockholm where he spent a year playing hockey, bartending (poorly, he would add), and working for the municipality of Stockholm's Urban Development team.
