Sean Sullivan started Living Stone Design + Build in 1997 after having another partnership that served as subcontract work for 2 years. Today, they build award winning certified homes that are built for aging-in-place. He also served as the NCHBA state president in 2015.
His wife Laura, owns and operates ID.ology Interiors & Design in Asheville NC. They work with Living Stone on every project to help their clients facilitate all the internal designs and selections needed on a home. They also work with other builders, and the public, to perform interior design and furnishings projects. Together, in 2020, the two opened Atelier Maison & Co. A one of a kind furnishings destination dedicated to providing and teaching the public about healthy furnishings and indoor air quality.
