Matt hails from Long Island, NY and relocated to Northern Virginia in 1988 with his wife and young children, attracted by the geography and the opportunity.

Matt’s dream of building and remodeling beautiful homes took root at a very young age prompting him to earn his Bachelors Degree in Building Construction Technology from Purdue University. After working for various contractors in both the residential and commercial sectors, Matt struck out on his own in 2005 taking on residential clients.

The early projects were smaller-scale including kitchen remodels, poches and decks, and exterior renovations. All the while, Matt held on to the vision of building custom homes or large-scale transformative remodeling/renovation projects. Over time clients trusted him with consistently higher end, large scope projects and for the last 10 years Matt has had the fortunate blessing to be “living the dream” designing and building the types of projects that attracted him to the industry as a young boy.

Matt and his wife Nan have been married for 34 years. They have 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren (plus a 4th due any day now). They split their time between their home in Loudoun County Virginia and their waterfront “get-a-way” on Virginia’s Northern Neck. No matter where they are, their enjoyment comes from spending time with family and friends, make memories and living in the present, with gratitude.

Matt also serves as Board Chair for Loudoun Habitat for Humanity and supports Loudoun County based charitable and philanthropic organizations such as Tree of Life Ministries, Loudoun Abused Women’s Shelter, and The Ability Fitness Center.
