I was born and raised in Canada and moved to Charlotte in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a minor in business. I worked with a local structural residential engineering firm before getting my PE license and starting my own engineering business along with 3 other business partners in 2007. We hired our first employee a few years later and have been growing ever since. We now have 11 engineers, and 6 of them being PE’s, which makes us one of the largest residential engineering firms along the east coast. We have assembled an award-winning team that has won several local and regional NARI awards and is still the only engineering firm to win a National NARI award. I like to spend my free time with my beautiful wife and family of 4 kids playing outdoor sports, traveling, and of course playing hockey, which I hope to continue to do until I’m in my 60’s.
