Joshua Dean took over the reins as President of Precision Homecrafters in January of 2020. He entered the Homebuilding industry in 2004 through furniture making and later through working in a custom cabinet shop. Joshua helped found Appleseed Workshop, where he worked until he joined the PHC team in 2013. He will serve as the President of the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders in 2022.

Joshua has attended NCCER & Clemson University’s Project Management Academy, speaks conversational Spanish, and has worked extensively on both commercial and residential design/build projects. He enjoys interacting with our clients and with all of Precision Homecrafters’s trade contractors. He particularly loves working on kitchen remodels and getting to see the before-and-after transformations. His favorite feedback is hearing how a project has changed a client's life for the better.

When he is not working, you can find him deep in the woods backcountry hunting, visiting his step-daughter at the University of South Alabama, or hanging out with his wife, Jennifer, and their 4 boys. Joshua and his family live north of downtown Birmingham on a 2.5-acre homestead.
