Jeremy Owens is the 3rd generation in the remodeling industry and owner of 3 Generations Improvements and US Construction Zone. His Grandpa, Bob Owens, started in construction in 1956 and with his dad’s integrity filled leadership, he has enjoyed a successful 21-year career in construction!
Jeremy's newest venture and passion project, US Construction Zone, was founded in 2021 and has become a catalyst in finding Jeremy's voice in the construction industry. As a sought-after podcast guest and networker, Owens is influencing the construction industry in positive ways and desires leaving a lasting legacy that his family business and 3 kids will be proud of! He is host of a popular monthly live show called ‘Construction Executives Live’ and ‘In the Zone’ podcast where he enjoys learning from and highlighting the greatest minds in the industry! In addition to providing valuable content and becoming a reference point for the construction industry, USZC offers an opportunity for construction executives to join a peer network as well.
Jeremy is a proud father of 3, coach for his son’s sports teams, outdoorsman and loves most sports!
