Jenny Rice – the Jackie of all trades, is part owner of Icon Building Group, alongside her husband, Charlie Murphy. She participates in setting the strategic direction of the organization, the hiring of key personnel and overseeing Icon Building Group’s trade show efforts. On a day-to-day basis she is mainly focused on sales and design for the company’s Remodeling Division or working with higher end clients, on their interior and exterior selections for finishes, for the company’s Custom Home Division. In addition, Jenny serves as the face of the company on all social media platforms! Jenny’s efforts over the past 2 years have been the single biggest factor for the company’s remodeling backlog increasing by 300%, over that time frame. Her social media influence, trade show investments and her overall approach with her customers have driven this.

This funny, curly haired gal is a natural when it comes to inspiring creativity and is just flat out fun to be around. Jenny genuinely cares more about what is best for the customer, then what is best for her. As a result, people trust her. Combine all of this with some knowledge of construction, a flair for design and a compassionate heart and it is clear why she has been so successful!

Jenny started the Remodeling Division for Icon Building Group and from the ground up, has built it into what it is today. She is resolute in her unwavering commitment to serve the customer, continually sharpen her saw and to make sure her teammates are supported and have what they need to be successful.

Jenny has been asked to be a featured speaker at many of the local trade shows over the past few years. This platform has created an opportunity to share her expertise in design and construction, perhaps inspire other women to enter the field and to offer help to some already in it!
