Bio: Jennifer Beaman Pippin, FAIBD, CPBD

Jenny Pippin is the Founder, Partner, and Lead Designer of luxury residential design firm, Pippin Home Designs. Using a human-centric design philosophy to create home environments that nurture and enhance the human experience, for both new homes and renovation projects designed specifically on view properties.

The crux of our mission is crafting fully supportive homes which amplify the unique lives of each client using innovative home design techniques that prioritize award-winning views, natural daylighting, neuroaesthetics, biophilia, holistic practices, and high-performance products, bringing joy, health and wellness into their homes.

Jenny's many credentials include: Certified Professional Building Designer (CPBD), professional member of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD), and a Fellow member of the AIBD, as well. Pippin holds diplomas in Classical Architecture, Green Building, and Renewable Energy Technologies.

With 38 years of experience in Residential Design, her award-winning homes can be found on view properties all around the lakes and mountain regions of NC, and in multiple states nationwide.

Jenny’s excellence in design and business practices have been recognized with 72 design awards and numerous business accolades including: the Charlotte Mayoral Proclamation Award for Outstanding Contributions to the Advancement of the Green Building Industry, ’50 Most Influential Women of the Year’, ‘Green For-Profit Business of the Year’ and ‘Green Advocate of the Year’ from the U.S. Green Building Council.

She has taken the ‘Best in Show’ several times at the Lake Norman Home Builders Association’s “Best of the Lake” design competition for her outstanding designs. Other noteworthy home design awards include ‘Best Green Design’ from American Residential Design Awards, ‘Green Residential Renovation Project of the Year’ from U.S. Green Building Council, and the ‘Green Renovation Stars Award’ from NC Homebuilders Association.
