President

Cody Byrd, owner of Alair Homes Hickory, comes from a family that has been in the construction industry for 3 generations. He is currently serving as the President- Elect of the North Carolina Home Builders Association. He is also currently serving on the NAHB Cutom Home Building committee and the NAHB Remodelers Board of Trustees. Cody has held many positions locally In the local HBA, State HBA, Chamber of Commerce, and even the PTO. He was most recently inducted in the ProRemodeler's 40 under 40. The Alair Homes Hickory team regularly brings in local and national Awards year after year.

Cody and his family live right here in the beautiful foothills of the Catawba Valley in North Carolina. He has 3 kids and a wife for 15 years.

Cody holds the designations of Accredited Master Builder, Accredited Remodeler, Certified Graduate Remodeler, Certified Aging in Place Specialist, Certified Green Professional, and is a Licensed General Contractor.
