Co-Owner

Co-owner with husband, Jay Cipriani, who founded the business in 1978. Cindy has a background in construction and sales. She is currently the Chairperson of the Board of Directors, an Emotional Wellness Coach and Grief Counselor and will be graduating in May with a degree in Psychology. She is interested in the psychology of sales and in life-work balance and advises company owners and teams on what success looks like for them.
