One of the problems with going to “business schools from prestigious universities” to learn about doing business is that it’s full of people who have no real experience in the field.

They might have studied the topic in-depth, written a book or two about business, and perhaps even have a great teaching career filled with accomplishments and awards.

What most students discover once they get into their full time career is that there is a massive gap between the theory they learn in the classroom and the practical experience that is gained by working with real clients, real employees and real profits

The problem is today’s world is not a lack of information or content. Rather, it is a lack of “context” in terms of how to use the right information when the timing is right.

It’s why I have dedicated the last 35+ years to running and managing the Student Works Management Program; to help ambitious business students acquire the skills and experience necessary, for them not only to be successful when they leave school but for them to become a leader of tomorrow.

Our program allows young 18 years old to make over $100K in revenue within their first year of business

We have grown over 171+ millionaires with our proven system since 1981 and we are in store for a record year! We have been recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in Canada by the Growth 500 a number of times.

On top of that, 99% of our students are able to land great paying jobs within the first year out of school.

I am proud of being the Head Coach to my team and our operators because I know how priceless experience can be in an ever-changing world.

It’s why we launched our podcast; Leaders Of Tomorrow into the Top 100 when we initially launched back in early 2019.
