I currently work with Andersen Windows and Doors for the past 7 years, but have been in the window and door industry for over 27 years and have a passion for helping others achieve their goals and I currently manage a team of sales professionals in the Carolina and Tennessee markets. My focus is to help a team and individuals meet and exceed sales goals, assisting them in their personal development necessary for career progression.
