As we launch into 2022 many of us have goals, resolutions, and aspirations for the new year. The one thing we can all do to keep ourselves on track will be to simplify.
When things get complicated we tend to avoid them. When we make things complicated for others they struggle to follow our lead.
You need to reduce your complex thoughts, systems and processes down to simple, clear, understandable instructions. Simple is actually hard but the results are worth it.
